Taju recruitment agency to employ S/Leoneans abroad

Indigenous recruitment agency, Taju’s Recruitment Agency (TRA), has attracted multi-national companies from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), to employ hundreds of young Sierra Leoneans.
 
 
 TRA has been given a job order by reputable companies like Emirate Taxi……among others, to recruit skilled young Sierra Leoneans.
 
 Engaging young people over the weekend, Director of TRA, Taju Deen-Turay said that, it was destined that through him, hundreds of young people will benefit from skill jobs like driving, welding, security personnel, among others.
 
He confirmed that the jobs would require the accepted applicant to travel to the United Arab Emigrate (UAE), specifically Dubai and Qatar.
 
He also made it abundantly clear that the jobs are only meant for male.
 
“We are doing this in line with President Koroma’s Agenda for Prosperity,’’ he added, saying, as a young man, he is passionate to see young people grow. “It is apparent government alone cannot employ every Sierra Leonean.’’ ‘’ These jobs will hugely reduce the unemployment rate in the country.’’

He called on the youths to grab the opportunity and make good use of it.
 
 
He underscored the fact that recent finding proves that some Sierra Leoneans youths are very pessimistic in their actions and words, adding, no matter what, the country rely on its young people to empower themselves for the future generation.
 
 
 “When you move to another country, it will help change your life and also bring development to the country,’’ he said, adding, “those that are going to be recruited have their family back home and that if they work and invest in the country, it will be a collective good.’’
 
 
He allayed the fears of people over the programme, saying, TRC has contacted the relevant stakeholders and that the programme will be monitored at every level.
 
 
He said it is part of the package for authorities in Sierra Leone to be monitoring happenings out there.
 
 
He revealed that he studied Development in one of the most fastidious universities in Ghana, adding, he has helped a lot of countries, namely:   Ghana, Uganda, Liberia, South Africa among others.
 
 
He further said with the programme, he has created a lot of relationship with European and African countries, all geared towards helping youths.
 
He revealed that the first batch of recruitment will commenced immediately after the Holy Month of Ramadan.
 
 
He advised applicants to go through the right process, noting, the programme can only accept those that have the relevant  documents.
